We have just upgraded all premium packages with 64bit SQL Server 2008 R2. As always, our hosting infrastructure utilizes separate, dedicated Database server for maximum security, reliability and performance. The new version on the MySQL Server is 5.1.5 64bit. All databases have been verified to work with the new version. We have just upgraded the Analytics and Statistics software on the premium hosting platform. The newer version has many enhancements. It features AJAX enabled reports, with ability to create custom reports and automatic delivery of email reports on a set schedule. There is also a newly designed interface with more report items and performance enhancements.

The Hosting control panel recently dropped the Application Installer. Several customers requested for it, and we just brought it back. At the same time, we upgraded the Joomla! Version to 1.5.20 (latest stable release) and Wordpress to 3.0.1 The application installer can be used to install popular applications into your Hosting space with only a few clicks.

On Thursday October 15th, between 5:00PM-7:30PM, All our servers located in the Texas data center will be moved to a newly built data center. All services will be unavailable during this transition. We are pleased to announce the release of SecureLink. This VPN client establishes secure SSL links between your local computer and the database server. You can use SQL Management Studio or Visual Studio to connect to your hosted databases. For MySQL you can use MySQL Administrator or any other tool.
