Sineris Mail Servers offer zero tolerance to Emails containing virus or spyware.

Each of our Mail Servers utilizes industry leading Anti-Virus system that checks all incoming and outgoing Emails with two different Anti-Virus software. These software are updated daily with latest virus definitions.

If any of this two software detects a virus in an Email, the Email is rejected by the Mail server and no further processing is done.

The sender or recipient is NOT notified of the virus. This is because often virus infected emails use fake or forged sender address, and notifying the sender does not work effectively.

If your Emails are disappearing without reason, it may be because they contain virus. Sometimes you may not be aware of a virus that is in your local machine and affecting every email you send without your knowledge. Even worse, sometime a virus may go through your address book and try to send email containing a copy of the virus to everyone on your contact list.
