Email is very important, and we have a very strong backup and archiving system in place in case your Email is lost due to any reason.

Every email received by our mail server is automatically backed up and archived. Even if you download an Email message via POP3 and delete from the server, a copy is kept for seven days in case you needed it again.

Within seven days, you can request for restoration of your deleted messages.

Restoring Email is a manual process and a fee may apply depending on which hosting package you have.

Submit a support request with the following information if you need to restore your Emails:

Your email address.
Sender's email address.
Date of the original email.

You can also request to restore all emails that were deleted in the last 7 days.
